Remote quick fix, $30. A small problem resolved in 30 minutes or less.
Remote full session, $60. A session of up to about an hour. If the job needs more time, I’ll explain what’s involved and quote the remaining work before continuing.
No fix, no session charge. If I can’t resolve the problem, you don’t pay for the session. This applies to both options.
Remote help covers issues such as slow performance, malware and pop-ups, email and account problems, and Mac or iPhone questions.
New device setup and data transfer, from $90. Setup for a Mac, PC, iPhone or iPad, including moving files, photos, email and apps from your old device. Apple Account and Family Sharing setup are included. Most of this work can be done remotely, but we can also set up an appointment for pickup and drop-off.
Backup setup, $60. Time Machine or iCloud backup configured and tested.
Photo library help, from $90. Organizing scattered or duplicated libraries and resolving full iCloud storage issues.
Hardware repairs and parts are quoted before work starts. I focus on more straightforward and affordable repair options and will never recommend you spend more on a device than it is worth.
Certifications. I hold Apple Certified Support Technician (ACST) and Apple Certified Repair Technician (ACRT) certifications. JKondrath Technical Services is independently operated and is not affiliated with or authorized by Apple.
Business visits and drop-offs. There’s no separate visit fee within my service area. On-site work is quoted in advance. I don’t typically make home visits; drop-off and pickup are arranged by appointment at a public exchange location.
